The Citadel

The seven-story office tower is of steel frame construction with floors of poured concrete. The exterior is comprised of alternating bands of polished and thermal rose granite with verde fountain granite. The opulent lobby is of polished granite floors, granite walls, a glass entry accented with stainless steel and decorative ceilings that vary from one to two stories. The large windows of thermally efficient green-tinted glass on the exterior provide excellent transparency as well as comfort.

Vertical transportation is provided by three vertical elevators serving the lobby and floors one through seven and one elevator that connects the lobby with the two underground garage levels. The parking structure for the property is comprised of two levels of below-grade parking that provide 320 parking spaces. Visitor parking spaces are available at surface level. Security is present on sight and computerized card key access is provided along with security cameras in the loading and parking areas.

The grounds are beautifully landscaped with mature shade trees and colorful flower gardens. Outside concrete seating surrounds the north and east of the building. A nearby pedestrian bridge over Cherry Creek allows guests to walk to Cherry Creek Shopping Center or to walking and bicycle paths along the creek.
